Conservatory and garden-room styling in Toulouse

How a season of work unfolds

We organise commissions like an almanac: observe the light, plant the plan, tend the build, then harvest a room you can live in. Each chapter below is a distinct stretch of the calendar.

First walk through the glass and court

We arrive at your Toulouse address with measuring tape, a notebook, and time to stand still. Morning and afternoon light differ sharply between Rue du Taur courtyards and more open plots toward the Canal du Midi, so we ask to visit when the sun is honest.

You show us how the household actually moves: where boots drop, where the dog sleeps, which chair already works. Those habits steer the brief more than mood boards alone.

Season sketch and material shortlist

Within ten days we return a short written sketch: zone map, furniture scale, shade priorities, and three material directions tied to Pink City brick and your existing floors. Prices appear as ranges in euro so you can decide whether to continue.

We revise once after your notes. Further redraws are billed hourly at €95 so the project stays clear rather than endless.

Builder and artisan coordination

Together Garden Rooms styles and directs; we do not replace your glazier or electrician. We prepare finish schedules, join site calls, and check samples against brick and mullion colours so installers are not guessing from phone photos.

When a product lead time slips past the planting window, we adjust the sequence rather than force summer work into a heatwave week.

Furnishing and planting day

Delivery day is staged: hard surfaces first, then furniture, then plants. We leave watering notes and a one-page heat ritual for August. Soft goods that arrive late are installed on a second short visit so the room is not blocked by boxes.

Clients outside the peripherique may see a travel surcharge listed before we book the van.

Settling visit after the first season

Three to four months later we walk the room again. Summer survivors and winter weak spots reveal themselves. Small swaps—shade cloth density, pot positions, a different cushion weave—often matter more than buying new chairs.

That settling visit is included on retainers and offered at €180 for project clients who want a formal check-in.
