What to prepare for a first visit
Bring approximate floor dimensions if you have them, notes on how the room overheats or stays cold, and honesty about watering habits. Photographs help when the glass is already built; bare plots need only the court access and neighbour constraints.
We confirm fees in EUR before any paid survey so the ledger stays clear from day one.
Survey fees and lead times
A half-day layout survey inside Toulouse is €220. We usually offer two morning slots each week in spring and fewer in August when heat limits outdoor measuring. Written confirmation arrives from [email protected] before any invoice.
Urgent shade failures after a heatwave can be booked as the €290 advisory visit with notes delivered the same week when capacity allows.
