Retainer
A standing relationship for households who open and close the garden room with the calendar. Ideal when plants, shade, and soft furnishings need regular tuning through Toulouse heat and winter damp.

Project
A bounded commission from survey to furnished room. Suited to new conservatories, refreshed glazed links, or a full furniture and planting reset before a particular season.
€4,800 – €14,500Range depends on area and sourcing depth. Deposit 40%.
Not every need requires a full harvest. A half-day layout survey is €220. A plant-zoning plan alone is €380. Shade-and-heat advisory is €290. These fees credit toward a project if you continue within sixty days.
Travel beyond the Toulouse ring may add €0.55 per kilometre after the first fifteen kilometres, quoted before booking.
Glass supply, building permits, electrician labour, and plant nursery invoices are paid to those suppliers directly unless we agree otherwise in writing. We can recommend contacts familiar with Canal du Midi adjacent properties, but you remain the contract holder with them.
Antique sourcing may require separate bidding; we charge time at €95 per hour when hunting specific pieces across Occitanie dealers.
Retainers invoice on the first working day of each month. Projects invoice deposit, midpoint after materials approval, and balance on furnishing day. Payment details appear on each invoice sent from [email protected].
We pause work if an invoice passes fourteen days unpaid, then restart once the ledger is clear.
